After waiting months for this product I was so excited to open the box but I was immediately disappointed. The craftsmanship is mediocre, the finish on the base is scratched and banged up, the top that unscrews to install the shade is screwed on so tight it’s slipped a thread and I have no way of getting it off without tools which would further damaged the lamp. The lamp shade isn’t the high quality mica panels that are promised for a $300 lamp but instead feel cheap and you can clearly see the pressed plastic pattern. I’m severely disappointed with the product I received and have reached out to start the return process for a damaged product.
